What is covered under site edits?
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common request. However, just about anything that can be done in time allocated for the plan that you subscribe to is free game. Please be aware that requests for new features and functionality to your wesite will likely result in a formal proposal, as those commonly go over the allotted time frame.
What if I need more support time/hours?
If you need support above and beyond what is covered under the time allocated for the plan that you are subscribed to, we will submit a time estimate for you to approve separately from your care plan. Once you approve the cost we will schedule the work to be done and will bill it at the agreed upon estimate.
How do the consulting sessions work?
Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know that brainstorming and strategy works best on the phone or on a video call. These calls are either 30 minutes twice a month, or 1 hour once a month. During the strategy call we will work together to identify areas of your website where the user conversion can be improved and come up with a list of action items for our team and yours. If the actionable items do not fall in the time frame for your plan we will let you know.
What do you do that I can't?
There are 2 main reasons why our clients choose us.

  1. We are experts and do this all day every day, so we know what we’re doing
  2. We have seen multiple times where updating a plugin breaks the entire site. When you use our services, if we update a plugin and it breaks your site – we fix it and get it working again which costs our customers less. If our customers were to break their site with a plugin it would cost them more to pay our hourly rate and have us try to determine what happened and how to fix it. The low monthly rate avoids this headache
Can I really cancel any time?
While we would be sad to see you go, we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and we do not want to lock anyone in to a long term contract. Our care plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time.
What if a paid plugin needs to be updated?
Our monthly fee covers the time and expense for storage to backup your site as well as cover our time. The monthly fee does not cover the cost to re-purchase paid plugins that are used on your site. If you have a paid plugin that needs to be updated we will have you re-purchase the plugin and then we will continue to update the plugin as normal.
